Tarea técnica

Looking for professionals. I need to develop mt4 indicator with BUY and SELL arrow on chart and alert (popup and Sound), based on two indicators Heikein Ashi smoothed and RSITv . 

  Indicators will attach after award the project. 


Conditions:


1. If GREEN colour comes in both indicator then BUY signal and alert

2. If RED colour comes in both indicator then SELL signal and alert

3. Suppose GREEN colour comes in both indicator and turn RED COLOUR on any one indicator, then give alert " BUY WITH ALERT ". 

4. Suppose RED colour comes in both indicator and turn GREEN COLOUR on any one indicator, then give alert " SELL WITH ALERT ".
