Indicator needed

I need a new indicator, that uses as a matrix.
I wanna set in the parameters which pairs should be checked.
The indicator should draw a grid where I see the results for each
pair set in the parameters. (made a screenshot).

I try to explain the rules:

-if current candle is lowest low of last 5 candles, calculate at this candle
a= high-low
b= a/4
c=High - b

if closing-price of the last candle is at or above "c",

then check if closing-price > SMA 50 AND
closing-price > 50% of RSI 8

===>>> If all is "yes" for a pair, then mark the pair with "ok" in the grid.

-if current candle is highest high of last 5 candles, calculate at this candle
a= high-low
b= a/4
c=Low + b

if closing-price of the last candle is at or below "c",

then check if closing-price < SMA 50 AND
closing-price < 50% of RSI 8
