Moving Average Alert

I would like an Alert Indicator Made for MT4:

A. This Alert should indicate as the Price action hits the selected moving average on chart….

B. This Alert should have sound/Box/push alerts.

C. This Alert Should use (ok.wav) for the alert custom sound.

D. In the settings box, user should have the option to input the two Moving Averages that will alert if the price action touches it. Example: 50 & 200

E. In the settings box user should also have the option to set a time delay before alert will reset to ring again upon touch for said Moving Average. Example: Every 15 minutes.

F. Box/Push Notification Example: Time Stamp, 50MA, EURUSD, 15m, 17.7pips, Topside, Price

Note:

*Time Stamp represents Time on Market Watch clock when alert indicated.

*EURUSD represents pair

*15m represents the chart time frame from which the alert indicated

*50MA represents the Moving average just Touched by price action .

*17.7 pips represents the distance (estimated to tenth of a pip) between the two moving averages noted in settings box.

*Topside indicates the position of the Moving Average just alerted in comparison with the other Moving Average noted in the settings box. Example: If the 50 MA is touched and is above the 200MA, then the notification should say Topside. If the 50MA was below the 200MA, then the notification should say Bottomside.

*Price represents the market price at the moment of indication.
