Create EA with 1 custom indicator and filter with highest tf

Hi,

i need to create a simple ea using the indicator attached.

The rules are.

External need:

ECN = true, false. 

TF1 (when open trade)

TF2(TF for filtering signal)

StopLoss

Take Profit

Slippage 

Lots 

The rules are.

When in TF2 there is red Bar in TF1 we can only buy, when appear Blue bar in TF2 we can only sell.  

If we have open trade example buy and appear Blue in TF2 we must close all buy position opened and the same rule must be applied for the sell

Rules for TF1.

BUY. 

If appear Red bars and buy =True (TF2) we buy with stop loss = the low of signal bars  - External value stop loss.

If we have a signal for sell (TF1) while we have a buy position opened it must close it.

SELL.

If appear Blue Bars and sell = True(TF2) we sell with stoploss = the high of signal bar + external value stoploss.

if we have a signal for buy (TF1) while we have a sell position opened it must close it.

The ea must work with different cross together  and different TF1 TF2 combination also for the same cross.

Please i need perfect comment in the code.
