Add alert to this RSX indicator

Hi! I want a simple modification to the attached indicator. I want to add alert when it's change colour, but want some option to the alert:

1.  Simple popup and sound and arrow alert when indicator change colour. I want changeable arrow code.

2.  Alert only if RSX over/under zero line. I mean alert for buy only if RSX value under 0, and alert for sell if RSX value over 0.

3.  Open the alert based on the point 2, but only if RSX value higher/lower than my input level.
