Finish class for returning indicator values

I've got Indicators class which is nearly finished which aims to unify the return values for both MQL4 and MQL5.

The job has 2 stages:

1. Finish the existing methods for 26 indicators (check iMFI, iStdDev and iStochastic for the example which are fairly finished, but not tested yet).

2. Finish the test file to verify the above works. When done, the test file should pass the initialization process.

I don't know if you can re-use GetHandleValue() for each method, or not, you'll have to figure it out which should be the simplest and more readable way.

Coding standards:

- use the existing files, don't add any new or external libraries,

- code should compile and work for both MQL5 and MQL4.

Fix should be done in two files: Indicators.mqh & Indicators.mq5 (checkout the zip file).
