Port from Zorro Trader Subs to MQL4

Zorro Trader have these functions that analyze a series of data see http://www.zorro-trader.com/manual/en/series.htm

then it determines rise or fall, peak or valley and also has a fuzzy logic version of these functions that I want to port to MQL4:

• Determines if a series rises or falls, i.e. if Data[0] is above or below Data[1]... Data[n] Samples, more information here: http://www.zorro-trader.com/manual/en/rising.htm
• Determines if a series had a maximum (peak) or minimum (valley) at series Bar[n], http://www.zorro-trader.com/manual/en/peak.htm
• and their fuzzy equivalents: http://www.zorro-trader.com/manual/en/fuzzy.htm  

These subroutines would be called from a header file (MQH)
