DESCRIPTION:
Trend following strategy that is always in a trade.  Horizontal levels are drawn on the chart every X points.
EA opens trades only on a TREND REVERSAL, and then reverses that trade on the next TREND REVERSAL, and so on.

LEVELS: Intervals of X points, always starting with a round number (.00) (i'm using attached indicator to draw lines)
TREND REVERSAL: BID price retraces 2 levels against position. (see attached)

INPUTS: 
-Levels Spacing: Number of points between levels.
-Risk Percent: Percent of account equity to risk (to calculate lot size)
-Risk Size: Number of points to risk (to calculate lot size)

NOTES:
-No pending orders, TP, or SL.
-Need to place trade when level crossed in real time, not at end of candle.

-For both BUY and SELL, only send market order when the BID price crosses the threshold.  Obviously the BUY orders will be executed on the Ask price, but the trigger to open the BUY (or close the SELL) should be the BID, so BUY and SELL orders are triggered simultaneously.  The close request sent first and then the open request sent afterwards to avoid any FIFO / No Hedging rejections.
-Would like to have the EA print an Arrow (up or down) and send an email when a BUY or SELL signal is triggered.
