Need to build EA according to the candle time frame and the opening of this candle and the high and low for the sum of the candles after the bigginig candle

need  to build EA according to the candle time frame and the opening of this candle and the high and low for the sum of the candles after the bigginig candle .... with stop lose ..and takeprofit .. excution or open orders must be according to the bid price ..only .. with initial lot size in the first open order then EA must make calculation for the next lot size according to the sum of lose ..and in the end when take profit hit we come out with the take profit we put in the settings of EA .. then with chpice false or tru into the settings  that tell the EA  open real order at condition ..or trade no. x .. for example ..  the conditions of open trade no.1 is acheved .. then we lose then EA go to open trade no.2   then lose then conditions to open no.3 acheeved then EA open trade no. 3 ..and so on .. i need here in the settings some thing we might call it any thing ..for ex. virtual ...if we make it tru .. and put n0.2 beside it ..then EA must open order on the condition no.2 ..in the real account .. that mean EA  count that condition no.1 atchefed but do not open the trade in the real account .. at condition no.2 then here open trade on the account ... .. please i need profisional programmer to do the job .. bc. the describtion ofthe job is not only i mintioned up ...there is more .. but i cant explain it by writting ... the programmer  to accept the job must be very well in english or in arabic..     our only communication is by skype  .. and only skype .. for testing or for any details ...job must be done in 3 days no more if more i will cancil the job .. my best regards
