Pending orders expert adviser

Hello 

 i am looking for an expert adviser that can open positions and put opposite pending orders with double lot by using the ostochastics

for example :

if the ostochastic give a sell signal . the expert open a ( sell position with 1.0 lot ) and open pending order for buy above of the sell order by X pips with 2.0 lot

if the price go up and open the buy order 2.0 it automaticly open pending order ( sell 4.0 lot ) under the buy position by X pips 

if the position hit the target the expert automaticly open new position same like the last sucsesful one

if the buy position get the target automaticly open new buy position with same conditions .. also in the sell situation do the same thing 

i need to adjust the target and the SL by the number of the amount not by pips

i need to adjust the lot size of the first position

i need to adjust the lot doubling method ( 1,2,4,8 or 1,3,9,27 or 1,4,16,64 )

 i need to adjust how many pips between the order and the position 

i need to set the max lot of doubling to stop making bigger lot pending orders
