Need EA Base on Half Trend

Tarea técnica

I want an EA that is working only on the base of Half Trend Indicators.  If Half Trend Indicator show Up Sign (Blue Arrow) EA Automatically place order for Buy and if Indicator show Down Sign (Red Arrow) then EA Close the Buy order and immediately place the Sell Order and same if again buy sign show then close the sell order and place buy order again. 

Also i need the following setting in EA

1. Lot Size :

2. Work on All Time Frames and all Currency Pairs.
