Multiple Instrument with Multiple Time Scales EA

I am needing an EA created with the following abilities:

  Ability to track multiple currency pairs at once

Ability to compare indicators across multiple time scales, the default ones I use are comparing the 5,10,30 min MACDs and StochasticFasts to make sure both indicators show the same signal on 3 time scales

Easy to modify and add more indicators and adjust their trigger values 

The number of lots bought or sold will be the max number possible with the current amount balance

Starting out only one order/ position total at a time, but can be increased to one per instrument 

Ability to easily adjust the profit and stoploss levels  

An automatic kill switch if the account loses a certain amount since the beginning of the trading week or start of program, like 10% and possibly send me an alert msg or email 

Ability to set specified trading start and stop times  

If possible, some fail safes to help if there are connection losses or other computer glitches

It would be nice if clear comments can be made, just to easily understand the program. I am new to Metatrader 4 and haven't gotten to learning the more advanced topics and abilities. I am not sure if this program is possible. I know it is in NinjaTrader, but I had to switch to Metatrader due to NinjaTrader not working properly on my home computer.
