Tarea técnica

I wish to commission an EA to trade when new bar highs or lows are created, based on a defined lookback period. The EA will use a moving average to determine take profit levels, and will close trades for loss if price moves below the previous low (for a sell trade) or above the previous high (for a buy trade).

The EA will also include a particular breakeven procedure and trade timing restrictions (e.g. only entering a new trade after x bars have expired after a previous win or loss). 

I have a very detailed specification document which I will send to candidates, which can be discussed further.
