Editing existing EA

I have almost created EA that needs to be edited.

Explanation;

General idea is that EA constantly posts pending orders and executes them once market goes in right direction. At the time of executing one pending order, EA should post new pending orders under specific conditions.

1. Example; If at the time of execution pending long is open then EA should open pending short, and vice versa. Meaning, that at the executing time of one pending order, EA should open one or more pending orders depends on the position and conditions. Again it's all about opening pending orders at the certain time and certain place. Unfortunately, that function does not work correctly and should be edited to work as it should. The most important part is that execution and creation of new pending orders never stop, which is not the case right now. A complete explanation will be provided...

2. EA has the ability to make complete STOP once profit or loss has been reached, this function needs a minor correction.

3. Also,  I should be able to communicate with a programmer  on a very basic level. I understand that you may be highly professional in this area, but please understand that I am not. In some cases, the programmer will accept the job, and finish it with totally different or similar idea. Please be sure you know how to finish this job, which is again very simple, once the market reaches the point and executes previously created pending order it should create one or two new pending orders under specific conditions, and that executing and creating of pending orders never stop, except if SL or TP is reached.
