Need EA with Alert [2 indikator]

Hello 

its simple Ea :)

there is just 2 indicator  

when   price   above 2  indikator its must open  buy order  and give alert [ open order  and alert must be optional ]

when price  below 2 indikator   it must open sell order and  give  alert

TP is  manuel    and must be optional  like 20  pips 30 pips 

Lot size must be optional  

when the price  below 2 indi or above 2 indi  this muist be optional also [ if price is  above  2 indi  than after 3 bars if the price still below2 indi  open order

  or price is  below 2 indi open order if  after 3 bars price  below 2 indi  [ 2 3  bars must be optional]

SL is   Auto = HUll moving avarage price +5-10 pips[pips must be optional]  [ so it must be modify SL point every minute ]

i ll give you  both indikator and setting 

and one more thing  there must be one  function also  like a close pozition in 30 min [30 min  and this function must be optional] 

i ll use it 1 min chart   but  hullmoving avarage  must be 15min

one more thing .. EA  work time must be optional  like 04.00 to 23.00 or 06.00 to 18.00
