Tarea técnica

Require a MQL4 MT4 coder to translate about 550 lines of Thinkscript code of a Thinkorswim (ToS) indicator over to MT4. Indicator is required to work as effectively or better then it currently does in ToS.

The second part of this requirement is to create an EA that will buy/sell based on the indicators buy/sell prompts within the code (presented as green/red arrows on the chart). 

Please provide pricing for the first task only and a second price for both tasks.
