Price or Time Alert Text to Windows Clipboard

Hello,

I would like to have a Price and/or Time alert indicator that has the ability to plot the text that I enter into  the setup field to the windows clipboard. You can call a .dll that is already on my computer, but not create

a new .dll that I have to download.

* I would prefer to have a horizontal line that I can move to set the price alert. But if that is not possible, I can just enter the price in the setup field.

* Time alerts can be entered directly or by vertical line, and I'm fine with either broker time or local time. (Whichever way works best)

Here are the steps that I would take to initiate a price alert with the new indicator:

1. Drag the indicator to the chart.
2. Enter the text that I want sent to the windows clipboard into a setup field.
3. Enter the price I want an alert for into a setup field or initiate the indicator and then move the horizontal line to the price, depending on how you code the indicator.    

Here are the steps that I would take to initiate a Time alert with the new indicator: 

1. Drag the indicator to the chart.
2. Enter the text that I want sent to the windows clipboard into a setup field.
3. Enter the Time I want an alert for into a setup field or initiate the indicator and then move the vertical line to the time, depending on how you code the indicator.

Let me know if there is any more information needed. Also, I will need the source code.
