Correct the trading times in the EA

Dear Programmers

I need my EA to trade certain times of the day and also trade certain days. I have two gruops of days  for trading and three sets of trading times per day. I want the EA to show Trading ON or Trading OFF on the chart depending on whether it is during the allowed time for trading or ristricted time for trading. These inputs are already there in the EA but the coder who did this job last time did not do a good job as the EA is not following these trading times and days, it seems to trade 27/7 irrespective of whatever I enter into the trading days and trading times.

Like below

For example :

For trading days set1 = 1,2,3,4,5

start:    00:00

End:     06:00

Start:   09:00

end:    13:00

Start:  15:00

End:    21:00

For trading daysset 2 =1,2, 3, 4,5

start:    00:00

End:     05:00

Start:   08:00

end:    15:00

Start:  16:00

End:    22:00

Then for  set 1,  I can choose whether to trade days 1,2,3 only and then for set 2, I can choose to trade trading days 4, 5
