Volatility EA

hi ,i need an EA which can work in really quick market conditions , main things it should be able to quickly check the market movement in one tick , tick speed will be the base of the EA to work ..other functions will be posting and modification of quick pending orders. sl , tp trail stop will be the other functions .

please be sure you can do it perfectly , i already got one but its useless with poor coding work ,,i will send details in personal .

 EA will use simple moving average 8 to check the direction of the market ..

EA will use 2 methods to check the speed of the market , i should be able to select one of them . 

SPEED METHOD  :  if market moves more then x number of points (not pips) in 1 tick , number of points will be editable ...so when ever this speed matches EA will get active .

SPEED METHOD 2:   market moves more then  x number of points in x seconds . 

 EA will use 2 order types  , both will have the enable or disable options.

 order type 1 name : Pending Stop = when the speed condition is met EA will post pending buy stops if market is above SMA or sell stops when when below SMA .   first order distance from current price , total number of orders and inner distance of orders  will be editable . 

Order type 2 name = Reversal Order = suppose market quickly moves up and speed condition is met , EA will wait for it to drop x number of points , and then post pending buy stops above the price ..say we set the reversal points to 20 so just as market drops back 20 points ea will post first pending buy stop at the 20 points distance from current price...if market moves more down order will be moved too .so if these are 5 orders the all will be quickly follow the market .

same when market moves down quickly below sma 8 , ea will post pending sell stops just as market goes little up .. if it goes more up orders will follow it . reversal points , orders inner distance and number of orders will be editable . 

EA will only get active when the selected speed method condition is met .

only show interest if you are sure you can do it perfectly i will not accept it till it works just as i require ..also be sure you can do it in price mentioned .
