MT4 tick data with real variable spread and commission required

Hello!

I am well aware of, and have used;
- SQ Tick Downloader
- Tickstory light
- HST/FXT files
- Working with MT4 offline and in bulk
- Working with all the files in the MT4 folders

However... whatever I try, I am so far not able to (when using the tester with tick data in MT4 offline);
1) Configure real variable spread - my spread always shows as 0 when using MarketInfo(_Symbol,MODE_SPREAD)
2) Include commissions
3) Show the "99%" tick quality on graphs
4) Add a fixed spread increase

But then again - I did not spent much time on this.

Preferably I want to do this while using the /portable option to terminal.exe, which I assume makes little to no difference.

If you know how to do these things, and make it work in a recent version of MT4's (max 3-4 months old) in offline mode, then I will pay you well - see price range above in which you can bid.

Deliverables;
* Exact steps required to get this to work (I can download & have downloaded tick data myself)
* I must be able to succesfully get points 1-4 above to work using your steps
* Be willing to help throubleshoot if something does not work as expected

If you require me to purchase any 3rd party tools in order to get this to work, I want to obviously know BEFORE we agree on a price so I that can factor in the cost.
Please note I'd prefer not using Birt's tick data suite as virustotal reports one issue against it (true or false).

Note: I am an experienced IT engineer. You will have little or no problems explaining things/me following them.

For someone who knows how to do this, this will be easy money.
