I need a binary options Expert Advisor

I need a binary options Expert Advisor based in price action and timed entry. The EA also needs to have a Martingale Money Management 

The strategy is very simple  

5 min Timeframe  expiry 5 min 

Call entry is as follows 

CALL  

if candle on the hour ( lets say its 12:00 )  is bullish we take CALL 

If first trade wins we are done for till next setup occurs on 13:00.

If first trade looses we take another call with Martingale size on 12:30.

If second trade wins we are done for till next setup occurs on 13:00.

If second trade looses we take another call with Martingale size on 12:45.

If  thirth trade wins we are done for till next setup occurs on 13:00.

If thirth trade looses we take another call with Martingale size on 13:00

If  thirth trade wins we are done for till next setup occurs on 13:00. 

If thirth trade looses we take another call with Martingale size on 13:00 

PUT 

if candle on the hour ( lets say its 12:00 )  is bearish we take PUT  

If first trade wins we are done for till next setup occurs on 13:00.

If first trade looses we take another PUT with Martingale size on 12:30.

If second trade wins we are done for till next setup occurs on 13:00.

If second trade looses we take another PUT with Martingale size on 12:45.

If  thirth trade wins we are done for till next setup occurs on 13:00.

If thirth trade looses we take another PUT with Martingale size on 13:00

If  thirth trade wins we are done for till next setup occurs on 13:00. 

If thirth trade looses we take another PUT with Martingale size on 13:00  

So direction of trade is always the candle on every round hour so 00:00, 01:00 etc etc, 

Martingale step is max 8  and max 1 trade per currency pair 

I would like to be able to input or change the following settings

martingale sizes

expiry
