EA that executes orders based on pipfinite Trend Laser and Energy Beam indicators

I need an EA that will execute an order based on signals provided by PipFinite Trend laser indicator. I need the EA To operate under this logic:

Once an alert for a possible order is received from Pipfinite Trend laser, the EA should do the following checks before executing the order:

1. Check the next Higher Time frame and make sure that the trend laser direction in a higher time frame is in line with the signal given at the initial time frame.

2. Check with the Energy Beam and make sure that it is inline with the order direction.

If all are inline with it, then execute the order.

Once the order is executed, then a built in trailing stop should activate.

I would like to have the following parameters modifiable in the properties of the EA:

1. usual Trailing stop parameters and after how many pips should the SL be moved to stop over.

2. the ability to turn on and off the check of trend laser at a higher time frame.

3. Ability to turn off the Energy Beam Check.

4. the ability to choose what kind of order is executed once the trade signal is received. ie, Setting the EA to execute on market price, or set a pending order with an offset pips from the received signal (offset pips being a parameter I can change)
