Indicator needed for xSuperTrend strategy

Hello,

I need a indicator to signal when xSuperTrend Tape MTF indicators are the same color.

1.  Trigger 1 hour xSuperTrend Tape MTF turns green (close candle)

2.   Filter 5 minute xSuperTrend Tape MTF turns green (close candle)

3.  Green Arrow is placed on chart and email, pop up, and push notification sent.

4.  Trigger 1 hour xSuperTrend Tape MTF turns red (close candle)

5.  Filter 5 minute xSuperTrend Tape MTF turns red (close candle)

6.  Red Arrow is placed on chart and email, pop up, and push notification sent.

note: 

1.  Input parameters allow to change time frame of trigger indicators. 

2.  1 hour xSuperTrend Tape MTF is the trigger.  When it turns red then next trigger is when it turns green.  5 minute is filter and does not trigger an alert.  If 1 hour xSuperTrend Tape MTF turns red and 5 minute xSuperTrend Tape MTF is still green, alert will given when 5 minute xSuperTrend Tape MTF turns red. 

3.  It wound be better if no external indicator were needed on chart.

4.  Need to update xSuperTrend Tape MTF mq.4 to be New Metatrader Compatible (NMC). I have ex.4 for NMC that is NMC but not mq4.
