Price action + strategy coded into an indicator or ea

I have two strategies that I need defined and made into working indicators. The first uses support and resistence and overbought and over sold areas to make a trade, for this I need someone who can understand what the price will do once it has reached the level again and why. Then once this is known code an indicator to create an alert once these circumstances arise

The second strategy uses a few adx indicators along with stochastic and a few others and is relatively profitable, but is still in the trial phases. For this strategy what I need is for it to be backtested and possibly given a few tweaks to improve its accuracy and tested upon different timeframes and assets (though mostly we will focus on currency pairs to start off) and once this is done backtest again to confirm results and then have it coded into a working indicator or ea
