Close Positions at 30% Margin Level

We want MT5 server close all orders when margin level reaches 30% of user's capital

Metaquotes support has indicated that we have to write a server plugin or find a third party company who can do this plugin for us

such plugins allow to extend functionality of trade server

Could you please help us out?
