Hello ,

I have an expert advisor for MT4 that works using channels (range trading). It opens a BUY trade after the cross of the lower band , and opens a SELL trade after the cross of the upper band. However it has a problem and needs to be solved. The problem is that once the market sometimes trend , and the trade reaches the Stop Loss , it keeps opening a trade in the opposite direction of the trend , which I do not want. For example ,after the STOP LOSS  is hit on a buy trade , I do not want it to keep opening buy trades  , but instead WAIT for the cross of the UPPER band to open a SELL trade , and the opposite after hitting Stop Loss for a sell trade .

**VERY IMPORTANT : After a BUY trade Stop Loss has been hit , it has to WAIT for the cross of the Upper Band before opening a sell trade. After a SELL trade Stop Loss has been hit, it has to WAIT for the cross of the Lower band before opening a buy trade.

On the visual back test , i noticed that this EA could do much better without this problem.

ALSO, this EA does not do well at all using trending periods. It is only good at ranging periods . I thought about adding AN OPTION of some Moving Average filters in case I wanted to make this EA work successfully on trending markets.

Example : When price crosses upper Band ,open sell only when price/ or channel BELOW the 50 EMA , and When price crosses Lower band ,open buy only when price /or channel is OVER the 50 EMA) . Of course, this should be an OPTION to add to this EA under the ' Filters' options. It should have the feature to turn it on/off. Also we should be able to select the period of the Moving average ( 20 EMA/SMA , 50 EMA/SMA, 100 EMA/SMA etc....) ... and of course we should also be able to use 2 or more Moving averages as filter instead of only one. Maybe choosing more than 1 Moving Average as filter can further improve the results.

ALSO, there should be an OPTION to PAUSE trades after a Stop Loss is hit for 'X' hours. X is the number of hours that will keep the ea from trading. The ea should automatically resume trading once the 'x' number of hours has passed.

So in short , there should be 3 improvements :  1 - Remove the problem of randomly opening new trades once the Stop Loss has been hit.It should WAIT for a new valid signal before opening a new trade.

                                                                    2-  Add a 'FILTER' as OPTION to select 1 or more Moving Averages ,and that is of course if I wanted to use this ea on trending markets.

                                                                    3-  Add a 'PAUSE' as OPTION after Stop Loss is hit
