✅ Developer Requirements Checklist

Eligibility Criteria:

☑️ Developers with fewer than 50 completed projects are not welcome unless they can clearly explain their understanding of the EA instead of just saying hello.
☑️ Developers with bad profiles, even if they have more than 100 projects, are also not welcome.

Budget:

💰 $200 to $300 is the fixed price for this request. No further increase is possible.

Step-by-Step Requirements:

🔹 Step 1: 📌 Understand the Current EA Parameters (attached in the file 'Current EA Parameters').
📌 This step is mandatory before moving to modifications.

🔹 Step 2: 📌 Go through the New Modifications File (after completing Step 1).
📌 The modifications file contains critical updates that must be applied correctly.

🔹 Step 3: 📌 Attend a Meeting for Further Clarification (max 1 hour on Google Meet after selection).
📌 If necessary, an additional 1-hour session will be scheduled for final refinements.

Attachments Provided:

📎 Old EA to be fixed: Semafor EA (3-Level Semafor is required).
📎 Indicator to be added: Round Levels.
📎 EA parameters to copy from: Budak EA.
📎 Current EA Parameters: Mandatory to understand before modifications.
