Creation of a custom indicator in mql4

I need a custom indicator in mql 4! I want an indicator that draw on chart daily price lines. Start from the daily opening price (or the first candle available after midnight) and track the line until the end of the day. above the open price baseline draws 10 other lines but spaced one another of 1% distance of the price. equally for the lines under the baseline (21 in total). I would also like a global option to change the distance of lines in percentage (at least 0.001% to 10%). it is possible? and i need to have that indicator in C# compatible language with Forex strategy builder professional software (forexsb.com) to use it as custom indicator!.

that indicator in C# version needs to be use in Forex strategy builder. for example i want to have "when price touch price level" (any level) for opening condition and also for closing condition, use 1 line for stop loss (below entry price for short or above for long) and two lines for take profit closing condition in Forex Strategy builder software. For me is really important that the version in c# works well in FSB pro with the adjustable entry and exit conditions (like all other indicators on fsb).
