A Hedging EA needed

I need someone to implement this hedging bot for me. Budget is flexible.

Product Requirements for Hedging EA

Overview

The purpose of this document is to outline the requirements for an MQL4 Expert Advisor (EA) that can hedge the trades made by the Yellen bot as it scales up trades. Usually, Yellen has high percentage of winning trades such as over 70% of both long and short trades. But sometimes, it scales up trades by making the same trade at higher lot sizes as the charts move in the opposite direction of the Yellen trades. When this happens on multiple currency pairs, it makes the margin level get dangerously low, which exposes the account to margin calls and, in the worst case, margin stops.

The Hedging EA should be able to automatically open and close opposite trades to Yellen’s own trades to reduce the overall risk of the Yellen trading strategy. So, for example, if Yellen makes a short trade at a specific price on the chart, then the hedging EA would open a corresponding long trade at the same price. This should reduce the risk of margin calls and stops.

Yellen’s Behavior

The Yellen bot opens an initial trade in a specific direction (long or short) when it thinks that conditions are good for this trade.

If the price moves in the opposite direction (e.g., drops after Yellen placed a long trade), then Yellen scales up the trade by making another trade with higher lot size in the same direction as its first trade for the symbol. Sometimes, Yellen could have made over 10 trades in a row, each of increasing size.

When Yellen decides to close the trades, it closes all the open trades for that symbol at once.

Functional Requirements

• The Hedging EA should be able to monitor the trades made by the Yellen EA and identify when it is scaling the trades for each symbol because there are at least 3 trades for that symbol.
• The Hedging EA should watch the trades that Yellen is making. 
• Whenever Yellen makes a scaled trade, the Hedging EA should inspect the prior scaled trade. If the prior scaled trade has a negative unrealized profit, then the Hedging bot should immediately make the opposite trade with an equal lot size to the most recent scaled trade.
• The Hedging EA immediately closes any hedging trade as soon as it becomes unprofitable.
• The Hedging EA immediately closes all hedging trades as soon as Yellen closes all of its scaled trades.  
• The Hedging EA logs all hedge trades (symbol, price, lot size, profit) in a Google Sheets
• The Hedging EA provides the user with the option to receive email notifications of each hedging trade.

Non-Functional Requirements

• The EA should be easy to install and configure.
• The EA should be compatible with MetaTrader 4.
• The EA should be well-documented and include a user manual.

Development Environment

• MetaTrader 4
• MQL4 programming language

Testing

The EA should be thoroughly tested under a variety of market conditions on a demo account to ensure that it functions as expected.

Deployment

The EA should be deployed to a live trading account once it has been thoroughly tested.

Maintenance

The EA should be regularly updated to ensure it is compatible with the latest version of MetaTrader 4.
