Simple EA entering candles that open without a wick (grid and time-based as well)

Hello, I want to develop an EA that enters a trade if a candle opens and goes in one direction without creating a wick to the opposite direction. Basically the trade is executed if a candle has no top/bottom wick with the theory that it will come back and make one.

Timeframe setting: H1/H4/M30/M15/M5/M1/Current

Lot size for order(s): Fixed input, like "0.1"

Entry type 1: On first wick

Entry type 2: after x pips (like entering a trade after 5 pips on a candle that has no wick)
One of the entry types are used.

Grid option: enter another order every x pips after first entry

SL: Calculated from the first order, a fixed stoploss for all orders in x pips setting (must be able to turn off SL)

Close all orders on next candle open true/false setting. For example there is a basket of orders open on an H1 candle and then all gets closed when the next candle starts)

Wick allowance input setting (in points): To allow a tiny margin I want to consider a wick of x points still an open without a wick. 0=none

News filter: true/false and minutes before and after for red USD news
