Tarea técnica

Hi i am looking for a developer that can help me with coding a Moving average crossover ea, with a couple of rules and imputs, i want the ea to open a buy position if fast moving average crosses slow moving average up wards, and open a sell when fast moving average crosses down over slow moving average.

Also if a position was opened to buy go long and market crosses over for a sell ea must close open trade, and open a new trade in the new direction.

I also want the ea to open 3 trades at the same time each trade should have its own stop loss, take profit,trailing stop,break even settings that can be changed according to the parameters i input for each trade.
