Tarea técnica

I would like a code about news filters by using Webrequest or DLL to get News Calenda on all pairs . 

What i need is

1. Exactly show to currency have news 

2. High Medium Low News 

3. Exactly Time with GMT automatically calculate to the broker time .

4.Before and After blcoking trades (return false to block the trade from that pair)

5. when found point 1, 2, 3, 4, and return true on that pair. 


I only need the code to show functions, Just dont use Forexfactory data and myfxbook data. (They always changes resouce of time)


I can add into my Ea myself, so only need this news filter function.
