2 - UNDERSTANDING SUPPORT AND RESISTANCE 

3- UNDERSTADNING DIFFRENT TYPES OF money managmet or risk managment

4 - Supporting me and show intrest in the job until we reach to the desired outcome 

5 - ready to change or add or reduce in the middle of the process 

6 - finishing it within the sccobe of time
