I want to create an EA help control trading accounts. The functions I need as below:

- EA will send all notification to admin (by telegram) about activities, violations, and account status

- The EA needs to be active the entire time the trading account is logged in MT5, if traders log in MT5 without the EA, notification will be send to Admin.

- Max Day Drawdown A%: if exceed, all open positions will be closed and related account will be locked and can not open any new position until the end of day.

- Max Total Drawdown B%: if exceed, all open positions will be closed an related account will be locked permanent.

- A Stop-loss is required in all positions and orders: if violated, the order will closed and trader will receive a warning.

- The Stop-loss in any position must not risk more than C% of the account balance: if violated, the order will closed and trader will receive a warning.

- Notify admin if account has no trading activity within 10 days.
