Creating an EA from using an indicator

i need to convert an indicator into an EA, MQL4

the processing should be on the opening on a new candle. 

in the input i need to choose the indicator TimeFrame. 

buy signal: 

when the indicator change color and give uptrend signal on the next candle the EA should either instant Buy OR place Buy stop order (the choice instant or Stop is from user input). and close the Sell order if any, Delete Sell stop order if any 

Sell Signal: 

when the indicator change color and give Down Trend signal, on the next candle the EA should either instant Sell OR place Sell stop order (the choice is from user input) . and close the Buy order if any, Delete Buy stop order if any 

other Features: 

1- Break Even: Use or not, and when to activate. after X pips, and how much pips to move. 

2- Trailing Stop: Also use or not, and when to activate and step 

3- Martingale: use or not (if last order closed in loss) , and the Multiplayir. 

4-  activate sound or not, and select the sound. (when opening/closing orders or on StopLoss movement.

5- when opening any order, the order comment should be "ABURAED_EA_2023"

the user input should go like this

9- Enable Sound

10- Select Sound file

11- Magic Number 

12- Detailed Time Filter with bool to activate.

i want the EA to be on both MT4 and MT5 

i want the source code of both MQL4 and MQL5 

organized, detailed, Clean and well commented code. 

the hole project should take less than 3 days.

note: i have the indicator in MQL4.
