We have developed a functioning Expert Advisor (EA) that currently delivers very good trading results. The aim of this project is to enhance the EA by integrating a Machine Learning (ML) module. This ML module should enable the EA to self-optimize and continuously improve its performance over time. 1. **Analysis of the Existing EA:** Understand the current strategy and functionality of the EA, which uses indicators like EMA, RSI, Stochastic, Parabolic SAR, and MACD.

2. **Development of an ML Module:** Create and integrate an ML module that uses historical and real-time data to continuously adjust and optimize the EA's parameters.

3. **Self-Optimization:** Implement algorithms that allow the EA to learn from trading results and automatically adjust its strategy.

4. **Backtesting and Performance Optimization:** Conduct extensive backtests to verify and adjust the effectiveness of the ML module. - Implementation of a robust ML module that enhances the effectiveness of the EA.

- Achievement of continuous improvement in the EA's trading performance over time.

- Ensuring high reliability and stability of the optimized EA.
