EA: need to reverse currently opened orders and copy same Order Comments to new Orders

1) Every 1 minute EA will have to read file called reverse.csv. If the file reverse.csv has single word in it - FALSE or is EMPTY, - it does nothing but keeps monitoring reverse.csv further. If file reverse.csv is not found - it does nothing.
If reverse.csv is present and has single word TRUE inside, EA will start reversing orders.

2) all orders needs to be reversed from Buy to Sell and from Sell to Buy with same LOT size. All Orders will have unique Comment which needs to be copied over to new orders. OLD orders will need to be closed.
there will be a lot of open orders. Orders will be on different FX pairs, but also it will have a lot of orders for same pair.

3) after all orders are reversed (new orders opened, comments copied, old orders closed) - EA deletes file reverse.csv

as you can see in example there will be several orders of audjpy and cadjpy: some buys, some sells. They need all need to be reversed (closed and re-opened), and their comments needs to be copied from existing orders into new orders. 
Please be sure that once EA triggered it will work once, will delete reverse.csv and will keep monitoring for new reverse.csv file with word TRUE in it.
