I am looking for a solution that will display multiple account data on a single heads up display. I have multiple mt4 accounts on several VPSs and switching between them is a real pain, especially when I’m in the car driving or traveling.
My initial thought was using Google Sheets or Excel and have the data pushed VIA an EA (1 instance installed on each MT4 account and pushed to the same Sheet) using api. One sheet would display the general data and the subsequent sheets would display more detailed data for every account loaded up. I’d probably be working with a programmer who can provide a Google sheet solution but:
I’m open to HTML too but I’d prefer a solution that doesn’t require hosting.
The third option would be to program a separate program completely such as Python. This is my least favorable option but I’ll let the programmer decide and convince me. My concern is to get the data viewable on any device no matter PC, MAC, iPhone, or Android.
Details: display only, no action will need to be taken from the dashboard or anywhere within the spreadsheet(s) that affects the mt4 programs.
Loading Page:
There should be no limits to the number of accounts I can add. Because I may have more or different account numbers at any given time, it is important for there to be an easy to use loading page where a new account can be added by inputting it’s parameters.
Dashboard
I need to see up-to-the-minute balance (if this is going to cause a problem by making too many queries to the broker server, I might consider itermintant updates, lets discuss), equity, and margin used.
I also need to see information for all the active pairs such as the number of positions and lots and profit like “EURUSD .041 Lots, 3 BUYS, -$321” and “EURUSD 1.45 Lots, 7 SELLS, +$456”,
I have some prop firm accounts too so I’ll need to plug in for these accounts additional values such as the max daily loss and overall drawdown (this should be programmed when we “load” a new account) and compare this to the running balance/equity etc.
I’d also like a few analytical displays to help me figure out which pairs might be in a drawdown that needs attention such as “EURUSD SELLS makes up 65% of your drawdown”

Notes: Whatever the method, the data should look good and format nicely and uniform. Scrolling up and down is acceptable but left to right is not.
I want to be highly involved with the design so if you need input from your design concepts, I’m happy to be here. Lets get to work!
