Create EA based on indicator logic

need help to write an EA for the indicator attached.

basically it should do the following.

1. open positions based on the color change. ie. darkslateblue buy, maroon sell

2. close current position and open new position when color changes

3. if previous position closed in profit, do nothing. just open next postion.

4. if previous position closed in loss, have a variable to increase lotsize to open next position.

5. keep doing this until in profit.

6. Reset lotsize. And start again

eg. first lotsize 0.01 = loss, 2nd lotsize 0.05 = loss, 3rd lotsize 0.1 = win big enough to cover previous 2 losses and color changes, reset lotsize and open new position.
