HI  I am seeking a quote to build a trade scanner that will scan charts for me and identify my trade criteria unless there is one that already exists that I can purchase 


Scan 4 hour, daily and weekly charts 

Look for stochastics and RSI where both are either over bought or over sold  on one of these time frames 

and one of the candlestick patterns are present on the timeframe where the stoch and RSI mirror each other as either overbought or oversold

1. Engulfing candle pattern 

2. Evening star 

3. Morning star 

4. Abandoned baby 

5. Breakway 

6. Doji star 

7. Double bottom

8. Double top
