EA based on 3 different Indicators

The Job:

program an EA based on 3 different indicators
(Symphonie-MatrixV4.4h, HeikenAshi MTF, three MAs)

Should work for MT4, 4&5 digits, all TFs and with everything tradable^^
(All Forex, Indicies, Treasury, Gold, usw.)

The EA:
Should be usable on VPS (no intense CPU needed)
Should work independend without influencing manual orders
Should work more times with different/same Currencies, Settings/TF without influencing each other

dont know, hope my Infos are good, think should be not sooo difficult..
salary for the EA around 50-100$ (short servicetime included for errors or small adjustments) not enough, just give an offer ;)

workingtime can be around a week.. better good work, then fast work ;)

(a kind of rough version (old indicators, other princip) exists already if needed..)

Indicators:

Set Symphonie on/off
Indicator Settings all customizable
(use: buy if all green, sell if all red)
- Wait x bars to confirm
- Close on opposite Signal on/off
- Check only at end of bar on/off

Set Heiken Ashi MTF on/off
Indicator Settings all customizable
(use: only buy/sell on the 1! of the 4)
- Wait x bars to confirm
- Close on opposite Signal on/off
- Check only at end of bar on/off

Set MA1 on/off
Indicator Settings all customizable
(use:only buy if over MA, only sell if under MA)
- Wait x bars close above/under MA to confirm
- Close on opposite Signal on/off (wait x bars to confirm)

Set MA2 on/off
Indicator Settings all customizable
(use:only buy if over MA, only sell if under MA)
- Wait x bars close above/under MA to confirm
- Close on opposite Signal on/off (wait x bars to confirm)

Set MA3 on/off
Indicator Settings all customizable
(use:only buy if over MA, only sell if under MA)
- Wait x bars close above/under MA to confirm
- Close on opposite Signal on/off (wait x bars to confirm)
