Tarea técnica

I need someone who can code an automated trading strategy. It can also be semi automated since I do not plan to run the system while I'm away from the desk. Its a very simple EMA cross strategy that I've devised for the US indices during the NY session. If anyone can help me please feel free to reach out. The strategy is very simple and would probably take an experienced person only a few minutes to code. I don't know how much it would cost to hire someone to do this for me. I'm willing to negotiate on pricing.
