I need an EA based on Bollinger Bands for Mini Indice (WIN)

The EA should be based on bollinger bands with a 20-period mean and a standard deviation of 2.00.

There are two entry strategies, preferably in separate EAs.

The first is based on the "Paula's strategy". When the price breaks the upper band and returns within the bands, the robot would enter into a sell with the partial at an average of 20 and the target at the lower band. The stop loss needs to be mobile and with the possibility of adjusting the starting points of the operation. After reaching the average partial of 20, move the stop to the entry score. As the operation unfolds, the stop must follow the 20-period average and may have a 250-point trigger to start following the moving average. The same strategy applies to the breakout of the lower band, however, with a buy entry.

The second strategy is also based on bollinger bands. When the distance between the bands is less than 600 points and the upper band is broken with a ignition candle, the robot enters a buy with the trailing stop loss at the average of 20, partial in the projection of the distance from the average of 20 to the band and target in the 1000 points with the possibility to adjust. The same goes for the breakout of the lower band however, the robot would go into a short.

Adjustment points not mentioned but that robots must have:

- Time of start of operations;

- End time of entries;

- Closing hours of operations;

- Condition of minimum and maximum distance of the bands for operation;

Preferably a developer who speaks in Portuguese BR to facilitate the dialogue.
