EA for scalping

I am looking for a coder who can put my logic into EA. This logic is precious to me and unique. so if you can code EA with the following component kindly contact me for the job.

1. it must have a money management input where by the user can
determine the number of open positions he will accommodate.
2. it must be able to delete pending orders when the TP/SL is hit.
3. It will have input to continue or discontinue the process when the
TP/SL is hit. that is restart immediately the process from the
beginning with the initial lot size
4. input for lot size should be flexible to accommodate micro accounts.
5.  input to select trading hours
6. input to select to trading days
7. input to control the number of repetition of life cycle in the
sense of No. 3 above. for instance if the user selects continue, he
can as well select for the period of time the ea will continue before
it stops.
8. it must be able to set uniform TP and SL perfectly in order to
close at the same time when TP is hit.
9. ability to hide pending orders should be included but should also
be made flexible (true/false)
10. the EA should be 5 and 4 digit broker compatible

11. it should be MT4 and MT5 compatible too

12. a martingale automated system.
