Simple 3 BAR Price Action indicator with alerts

I just need a easy 3 bar system. I attached files of set up.

For long set up: Bar 2 must trade below bar 1 low but not trade above bar 1 high and bar 3 most not trade below bar 2 and must close above bar 1.

For short set up: Bar 2 must trade above bar 1 high but not trade below bar 1 low and bar 3 most not trade above bar 2 and must close below bar 1.

Filter for long set up: Bar 3 must close above 20 ema

Filter for short set up: Bar 3 must close below 20 ema

1 minute chart and 5 minute chart 

I want an alert sent to my phone when signal occurs
