Arbitrage trading bot

okay so I want you to code me an arbitrage ea... okay so it must risk 0.5% on first trade on expert panel i want to be able to choose to open buy or sell orders it must have a max pip range will explain why......with stoploss no take profit trailing stop step and range the same  calculated at he amount risked first trade will be 0.5% doubled for every loss so i dont want the ea to double the lots everytime it looses a trade if lets say my upper pip limit is 70 pips and I got stopped out at 20 pipswhich was 0.5% risked it will open a new order double the first stoploss size if the stoploss is less than 70 pips it must open a 40 pip stoploss trade, the next trade will be a 40 pip stoploss 0.02 lots trade I think (double every loss) and so on... so no take profit so if the market is moving in my favour I want the program to keep on opening new orders in the direction the market is moving and have trailing stops for each order the trail stop pip amount must be the same as the amount risked per trade.
