Mt4 backtesting no data!!!

hello freelancers

I face issue with backtesting on mt4. when I go to history center I can download anytime I want but only for forex!

however, metals, energy, indices, cryptos, stocks I see data are there back to 2005 but when click on download window pop up indicate (there is no data)!! then why they appear in history center?!

I have check this with many brokers same issue. but on mt5 this problem doesn't exist! now when I attempt to import history data all I find bid & ask which is not ohlc + vol as in history center.

if anyone has solution to this problem, please help.
