Tarea técnica

I need an expert adviser with buy and sell at specific RSI levels, time difference and pip difference also. Only one order should be opened at a time with the enclosed parameters with out errors.

Input parameters
RSI Period	14
RSI Buy level	50	RSI value becomes this value, both buy and sell order should be open	Always open both buy and sell orders
RSI Sell level	50		Always open both buy and sell orders
Time difference to open next order	in Hours	this is the time difference(=>) to open next order from the previous orders	when, at the time of both are true order will open at the RSI value
Pip difference to open next order	in pips	this is the pip difference (+ or -) to open next order from the previous orders
Profit order closing time	MT4 time	in this time all profit orders will be close
account profit	5%	If the profit crosses this % of profit all orders will be close
First Lot	0.01
Account equity	this is enter by manual
LOT management
order size =(Account equity/original account equity )X First Lot		If this is less than 0.01, the order will be opened at 0.01

Note: no need to extra inputs, the above parameters is enough to me
Note:
1). Always both buy and sell orders should be open
2).If the first order opens with 0.01, all the orders should be open 0.01 until reach the account profit.
3). After closing of all orders the lot size will be calculate simultaneously.
4).only one buy sell orders should be placed at a time, but no limitations on total no.of orders. 5).The EA should be work with all brokers, all pairs and all timeframes.
