MT4 Ea to monitor trades opened by trading ea's on different forex pair charts and close each trade a certain time after the trade opening time.

Idea

I want an ea (name 'trade duration controller ea'   'TDC' ea) that will continuously monitor all open trades (created on several forex pair charts using several trading ea's) and will automatically close each particular trade after a certain time ( user to be able to choose the time)  after opening.     For example, if the user chooses 30 minutes, then a trade that is opened at 11am will be automatically closed at 11:30am and a trade that is opened at 11:45am will be automatically closed at 12:15pm.  This process will continue until the ea is stopped.  The duration set by the user will be the same duration for all trades.   The trade will usually be closed by the trading ea before the duration set by the user input.

EA specification

1    The  TDC ea must monitor all open trades from all charts and ea and manual trades.

2     The TDC ea must  have a duration time input in minutes  ( 0 minutes to any value up to at least 150000 = about 3 months).   If the maximum can be higher than this, that would be good.

3     The TDC ea must not interfere with the operation of the trading ea's

4      The TDC ea must display the trade duration time on the screen.  

5        The TDC ea must place comment on trade  '9999999'

6        The TDC ea must be fully functional in MT4 accounts.
