Fully automated MT4/MT5 Licensing Key System including Paypal Payments

I have source code for our MT4 products. There are 3 total. We will be adding more later.
Currently our users are instructed to download an EXE file and the MT4 will install. Then they enter the license key into their EA.
But our web licensing system is no longer working and the developer who built it is no longer avail.
So we can build a new system, unless you think you can fix the old one?


- Customer must register to purchase any of our MT4/MT5 EA.
- Customer must provide name, email, the mt4 account number they want to use and choose the term of their membership (ie. monthly, 6 months, 1 year).
- Customer chooses payment option (Paypal or Bitcoin). 
- if the customer paid by Paypal, after payment, the system should email the user a download link (or the download link can be in the members area) and also give them a license key number.  The license key should only work on the one account number they provided on their user profile for that particular EA.
- if the custom is paying by bitcoin, then the admin should be notified by email and verify the payment. then ENABLE the license key and at that time an email will be sent to the user with their license key and download link.

The system can be WordPress or stand alone. 

I can not hire without viewing a demo for both user and admin.
